Screen Studio Kit

Privacy Policy

Effective 30 July 2026

The short version: Screen Studio Kit does not collect, transmit, sell or share your personal data. Your projects and images stay on your Mac unless you explicitly choose to publish them to a store.

About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the Screen Studio Kit desktop application handles information. Screen Studio Kit is developed by Martin Grüner.

Data collection

Screen Studio Kit does not collect personal data, usage data or diagnostics. The app includes:

Projects and images

Projects, screenshots, brand assets, translations and rendered exports are processed locally on your Mac. Screen Studio Kit does not upload this content to the developer or to a Screen Studio Kit server.

Information stored on your Mac

Screen Studio Kit stores project data, imported assets, preferences, recovery information, export history and the daily free-export counter on your Mac. This information is used only to provide app features and is not transmitted to the developer. You can remove it by deleting the relevant projects or by uninstalling the app and deleting its local app data.

Optional store publishing

If you explicitly choose to publish screenshots through a supported store integration, Screen Studio Kit sends the selected assets and required metadata directly to the store account you configure. The developer does not receive those assets or your store credentials. The selected store processes the submission under its own terms and privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

Purchases and entitlement checks are handled by the store from which you obtained the app, such as the Apple App Store. Screen Studio Kit communicates with the store only to load product information, complete or restore a purchase and confirm entitlement status. The developer does not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account credentials.

Apple processes information under its own terms. You can read Apple's Privacy Policy.

Support

Screen Studio Kit does not send support information automatically. If you email the developer, the email address, message and attachments you choose to send are used only to respond to your request.

Children's privacy

Screen Studio Kit does not knowingly collect personal information from children or from any other users.

Changes to this policy

If Screen Studio Kit's data practices change, this policy will be updated before those changes take effect. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
